Static's body can generate Raw Electromagnetic Energy, which he has learned to manipulate, control, to sense sources of electromagnetic energy, electricity and magnetism and administer as a range of attacks with a range of uses; he can charge devices with electricity, and alternatively drain the energy from them into himself, magnetize and demagnetize metals. Static can hear Radiowaves meaning he can listen in on the police broadband and music stations, as well as tapping into the phone lines so he can make calls. Static can choose to keep the electromagnetic energy that he currently holds in his body by controlling the Current and Voltage for whenever he wants to use it.Static is shown to be Immune to Electrically energy due to this.

Anthony born in Haiti parents died while he , was only 5 and his Brother was 9 sent to America for a adopted family , his brother learnd of his power only telling him , which his brother learnd to control , and after Anthony discoverd his power , his Brother Daron set a powerful Telepathic block on him before he decided to Join Black Hand leaving Anthony left betray and left , he later ran away and became a part of the Institute , later meeting his brother be became part , of Black Hand aswell , days later his brother was sent to a Mutant holding center where he still remains.

Please explain how his Super-Conductive Electromagnetism gives him all these powers, and the anti aging factor?

Those arent powers those are things he can do with it , and ye a alpha level telepathy can break his block , and the anti-aging factor , is his small power , I got the telepathy one Icly.
