Ability/Mutation:
Brent is a young adult. He is blessed with the power of deep persuasion. His mutation allows him to basically nullify another's natural will power, almost consuming their mind in awe. Whilst using this, he can basically tell another to do anything, and they will most certainly respond accordingly. He has never ordered another to kill themselves, however; he see's it as 'spoiling the fun' of doing it himself. He is naturally a villainous individual, and doesn't take shit from anyone. He is cursed with a cannibalistic trait. He loves the taste of human flesh, and would do anything in his grasp to get his teeth into it. In his lifetime, he has consumed roughly 50 people, and due to his incredibly fast metabolism, puts on no weight. His persuasion ability helped in these acts, giving him the upper hand to incapacitate his victims.
However, he can control his lust for devouring people.
He's trained in the use of weapons, and uses a clip on gauntlet, with 3 blades at the tip. He uses this to give himself an advantage in combat.

Personality:
Brent is a sophisticated person, he is neat, and very tidy/clean, unless his psychotic mood kicks in, and he begins to want to eat.. Other than this, he is calm, and quite friendly.

History:
-- Brent was brought up in an orphanage from what he can remember. His mutant abilities became obvious at the age of 5, he'd be able to persuade his carers to do anything for him. Feed him, etc. He was sent to a foster home because of it, as the carers, as cruel as they were, couldn't cope with him -- so they'd let another innocent pair deal with his abilities.

-- Brent was bought up by his foster parents, but his abilities became to much. His foster-father had been yelling at him for a whole week. Brent eventually got so pissed off, he told his father to leave and never come back.. So, his foster-father left, and never came back. His foster-mother was concerned at what Brent had done, and in so attempted to lock him away in his room. Boarded his windows, etc.
All he had, was a keyhole. He looked through the keyhole, to which his foster-mother was outside, walking into the bathroom.
Considering he had a visual lock on her, his mutation gave him the advantage, he told her to unlock the door. She did so, and let him free. Brent was in such a rage, he ordered his foster-mother to torture herself. She took a knife to herself, and Brent watched. He licked the blood, and something ticked in his brain. He lusted for more, and so he used the knife his foster-mother had been using; and cut her to pieces. He devoured the evidence.

-- Brent left his foster-home, and roamed the streets. He persuaded a thug to give him his bandanna, and used it to cover his mouth for the rest of his life. Brent took to sharpening his teeth, in order to make his victims easier to rip apart. Hence, the covering of the mouth.
