Personality - Lia is very strong-willed. Some people might call her hard-headed because she will do what she thinks she need to do, to get where she wants to get even if it might cost her in the end. Normally she is very quiet, only hanging around her friends. Found reading, or writing poetry. She also has a troublesome anger issue that counsling hasnt assisted much. But in the end she is a very sweet girl. She is very polite to people most of the time and doesnt like to see people suffer who dont deserve it. A hobby of hers is to play mind games with people. Her inteligence and vast knowledge of words gives her the advantage in this, and she enjoys it very much.

Historical Information

Background: Lia was born into a small, middle class family. Her father worked in a factory and her mother was a homemaker. She discovered her power when she was 7 years of age. Her plams had turns pitch black and she was extremly confused. So she ran to her mother. Her mother was busy, cooking dinner for the family and Lia couldnt get her attention. So she tugged at her mother's arm. Her mother began to scream in pain, as her arm began to crumble and fall apart. The decaying began to spread up her arm and to the rest of her body until she was nothing but dust. Terrified, Lia ran to the phone to call her father, but the phone crumbled in her grasp. Her father came home, minutes later, to find the house crumbled and decayed. He found Lia curled up in a corner, hugging her knees, crying. When he started to come closer to her, she screamed for him to stay away, and that she was a monster. After a long period of explanation and comfort, Lia fell asleep in the corner. The next day her father took her to the hospital. The doctors were baffled. The told him about the mutant academy and said she should be enrolled as soon as possible. Her father thought she was too young to leave, and decided to keep her with him untill she was 15. During this time, she learned about her power and the things she could and couldnt disintegrate. Her father also bought her a pair of gloves to wear so she could touch things again. About a year or so before she was supposed to go to the Academy, her father came home late, extremly intoxicated. He called for her, yelling and saying hurtful things. He then grabbed a metal rod and began walking toward her saying it was her fault that her mother was gone, and he should've kicked her out years ago. Not wanting to hurt her father, Lia ran to her room upstairs. She grabbed her bookbag and stuffed in clothes, a bit of food, the small amount of money she had, and a map to Mutant Academy. Hearing her father pound on the door, she opened her window and slipped away. After a few weeks of looking, she finnally found the Academy and talked to the headmaster about what happened. He agreed to let her stay there after seeing her power saying that it needed some work. She's been there ever since.
