Background: Although Jake was born in Ireland, he moved to Montana shortly after his first birthday; he does not have an Irish accent. His personality was always very bland. He was constantly tired, and very forgetful. Despite his wonderful attitude, he's never had many friends.
His power arrived at fourteen, when he first tried marijuana. His skin began giving off some type of discharge chich had touched his friend, who at the time was clean. His friend's eyes immediately turned red, and his speech was slow and slurred. From then, he had been able to give lower doses to anyone he touched. His parents were not aware of this, so he left on his own to Mutant Academy.
Additional Information: Carries a long metallic stick which runs down the leg of his pants. He uses it to disable an opponent. However, he's never used it and plans not to.
